Shipping policy
NATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
PENINSULA (Spain and Portugal) and BALEARIC ISLANDS.
In Vivaladiva all our products have VAT included in the price. If your order is:
- More than 25€: The SHIPPING COSTS will be FREE (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
- Less than 25€: The shipping costs will be 3,99€ in general.
Orders within the peninsula and Balearic Islands will be sent by MRW and will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours unless a different delivery date is indicated. (MRW has a cash on delivery option for an additional cost of 1,99€).
Orders for Portugal will be shipped by MRW (cash on delivery option available for an additional cost of 3€) and will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours unless a different delivery date is indicated.
Exceptions: We do not deliver to Madeira and Azores.
CANARY ISLANDS:
Orders placed for the Canary Islands will be sent by the courier company CORREOS.
They are usually delivered between 5 and 10 days. If your order is:
- More than 70€: The SHIPPING COSTS will be FREE.
- Less than 70€: The shipping costs will be 9,99€.
Shipments to the Canary Islands: Will be invoiced without VAT and it will be the responsibility of the customer to settle the amount of IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) on arrival of the package. We are not responsible for customs withholdings and extra payments.
* For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or countries outside the European Union, it is necessary to indicate the DNI, NIE or tax identification number.
IMPORTANT: Orders sent to the Post Office must be collected within 15 working days. Once the 15 working days have elapsed, the Post Office will automatically return the package to us without prior notice. In the event that the customer wants to recover the order, he/she will have to pay again the shipping costs of 6€. If he/she prefers to receive the money back, the payment will be the value of the products minus 4€ corresponding to the cost of the return shipment.
CEUTA:
Orders placed for Ceuta will be sent through the courier company CORREOS.
They are usually delivered between 5 and 10 days. If your order is:
- More than 70€: The SHIPPING COSTS will be FREE.
- Less than 70€: The shipping cost will be 9,99€.
For shipments to Ceuta: We are not responsible for any customs duties and extra payments. In addition, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay the amount of the Local Tax of Ceuta upon arrival of the package.
* For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and countries outside the European Union, it is necessary to indicate the DNI, NIE or tax identification number.
At Vivaladiva we like to offer you a perfect and complete shopping experience. Therefore, we will keep you updated on the status of your order by email and we will answer any questions you may have through social networks.
When a product is out of stock, we will let you know when it is available and the shipping date may vary depending on the available date provided.
IMPORTANT: Orders sent to the Post Office must be collected within 15 working days. Once the 15 working days have elapsed, the Post Office will automatically return the package to us without prior notice. In the event that the customer wants to recover the order, he/she will have to pay again the shipping costs of 6€. If he/she prefers to receive the money back, the payment will be the value of the products minus 4€ corresponding to the cost of the return shipment.
Exceptions: We do not ship to Melilla.
IMPORTANT: If your order exceeds 15kg Vivaladiva reserves the right to cancel your order and refund your money.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
ITALY:
All products on our website have VAT included in the price.
We ship only to mainland Spain except Sardinia and Sicily.
The shipping methods are:
Bartolini:Free shipping if the order is over 50€. If it is less than the indicated amount the shipping cost is 8,99€. The delivery time is 5 to 7 days from the date of shipment. This courier has the payment at the time of delivery for an additional cost of 3,95 €.
GLS: Free shipping if the order is over 99€. If it is less than the indicated amount, the shipping costs are 4,99€. Delivery time is 3 to 6 days from the date of dispatch.
ISLANDS EXCEPTIONS:
Deliveries to the islands will be made with the Bartolini courier company.
Sardinia and Sicily:
- If your order is less than 99€: The shipping costs will be 8,99€.
- If your order is over 99€: Shipping costs will be free of charge.
FRANCE, BELGIUM, GERMANY, THE NETHERLANDS AND THE PRINCIPALITY OF MONACO:
All our products appear with VAT included in the price.
- If your order is less than 70€: The shipping costs will be 9,99€.
- If your order is between 50€ - 99€: The shipping costs will be 1,99€.
- If your order is more than 99€: The shipping costs will be free of charge.
Orders from France and Belgium will be shipped by GLS and will be delivered within 4 to 6 days.
LUXEMBOURG AND AUSTRIA:
- If your order is over 70€: Shipping costs will be free of charge
- If your order is less than 70€: an additional charge of 9,99€ will be charged for home delivery.
We will only ship your order via the carrier GLS. They could be delivered within 7 to 10 days.
Products are shipped the same day the order is placed, provided the order is placed before 17:30, and will be ready for delivery within 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment has been made, unless the product is out of stock (in this case, the Customer will be informed of the new availability of the product).
SWITZERLAND, POLAND AND DENMARK:
The shipping costs will be 11,99€.
Products are shipped the same day the order is placed, provided the order is placed before 17:30, and will be ready for delivery within 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment has been made, unless the product is out of stock (in this case, the Customer will be informed of the new availability of the product).
* In the case of Switzerland, customs duties will be required after the delivery of your order and will be paid by the customer.
IMPORTANT: If your order exceeds 15kg Vivaladiva reserves the right to cancel your order and refund you.
HANDLING TIME
PRODUCTS IN STOCK: Most orders are shipped within 24/48 working hours from the acceptance of payment, and may be delayed up to 72 hours at certain times of the year or when there is an excessive volume of work.
PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK: These products are temporarily out of stock, the normal restocking time of the products varies depending on the origin of the brand and the management times of the suppliers. If you have an urgent question or you have been waiting for a long time, please write to info@vivaladivacosmetics.com and we will answer you as soon as possible.
* When we process your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email if any of the products included in your order are not available. In such a case, we will not charge you for that product.
SHIPPING
Deliveries are made within the days established for each product from the time payment is accepted and the order is confirmed. However, there are cases in which shipment may be delayed due to incidents with stock or delivery addresses.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the information and tracking of the order so that you can follow it at all times. Please check your SPAM folder in case the email has arrived there.
However, you can always write to us at info@vivaladivacosmetics.com to know the shipping status of your package.
DELIVERY/SHIPMENT INCIDENTS
If the package is returned for a reason beyond the control of TRENDING IMPORT S.L. (incomplete or wrong address, reuse of the package, not picked up at the office, etc.) you can choose between paying the shipping costs again which will be 5.00 € for domestic shipments, 7.00 € for cash on delivery and 15.00 € for international shipments or the refund of the amount of the order by subtracting this amount.
Before confirming the order, check the delivery address or if you have already confirmed the order, you can rectify the delivery address within a maximum period of 24 hours before the order leaves our offices by sending an email to info@vivaladivacosmetics.com. Once the order appears as delivered on our website, the cost of the change of address will be 2,99 €.
Once the order has been shipped, you will not be able to change the delivery method either, in case you need to change the carrier, you will have to pay a new delivery charge. For example, if you have selected delivery to the post office and the order has already left our warehouse, you will only be able to collect it at the post office, if you need a home delivery, you will have to pay the cost of a new delivery.
Please consider
*If the customer does not put the correct address on the order and does not notify us minutes after the order (before the shipment and package is processed) and the package cannot be delivered because of the incorrect address, there will be no option for refund and a next shipment of the package will be charged to the customer and buyer.
*In the event that at the time of delivery of the order is not able to contact the customer proceeds to notify via mailbox and if in X days the package is not collected from the office notified, it will be sent to the factory again having lost the package without the option of refund.
*In the event that the shipment has already been made it will not be possible to change the delivery address as shipments are under the delivery of external companies to Trending Import SL and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not having indicated the correct address, has changed home or similar.
Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.
Trending Import S.L. is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, duties or tariffs applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied in customs for the package purchased, so the responsible will be the buyer and customer of Vivaladivacosmetics providing the required value at customs without being able to process refund.
